The aim of this Bachelor's Thesis titled "Financial analysis of KMK Granit, a.s." is to identify financial situation of KMK Granit, a.s. in years 2007 - 2011. The work is divided to theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes theoretical background, techniques and procedures of financial analysis, such as horizontal and vertical analysis, balance rules,economicla standards, financial ratios, economic value added, creditworthiness and bankruptcy models and comparison with the sector. In practical part these techniques and procedures of financial analysis are applied on company KMK Granit, a.s. The conclusion includes summary of the most essential knowledge and evaluation of the financial situation of the company.
